Make Your Way
One of the most valuable lessons is to be proactive, objective, and intentional about your own learning and contribution. This applies to everything in your life, including your time at the Techrangers. Weather you’re here to gain real world experience or better your skills, your experience will greatly depend on how much you invest yourself.
Use your Interests and Strengths
Your interests will dictate your future. This doesn’t mean you have to stay concentrated on one interest, however.
Make Room for Experimentation
Leave space for experimentation.
Summer Internships
Some Techrangers participate in summer internships with other companies. While not necessary for a successful career, it is a common path for many students.
We are invested in helping students find their path. Techrangers do not need to be worried about sharing their plans causing them to be terminated.
- Communicate your plans to your supervisor and project lead as soon as possible.
- Plan your last day and your return day clearly.
- Keep us updated if plans change.
- Please recognize that your absence, while supported, does make our work a little more difficult. Your contributions will be missed.
- Techrangers on summer internships remain employed while away. Though, atypically long internships may require resignation.
