Work Requests
We use what’s called a “ticketing system” to handle work requests from beginning to end, and the service we’re currently using is called ServiceNow. We set up templates for the two types of requests we receive: Course Development Request and DDL Website Request. The pages in this section will go over how to find and complete work requests.
