Techranger Cohorts
The team is sectioned into cohorts - one for each major project the team is currently working on.
- Cohorts are assigned based on your preferences and team needs
- Each cohort has its own weekly meeting
- Being in these cohorts allows you to gain experience working with a team of other developers
- Cohorts are reevaluated and reassigned each semester
